Meet The Team
EIC. Billy has always been a fitness enthusiast, being involved in some kind of physical activity since he was a young child. Whether it’s sports, martial arts, or extreme sports, Billy throws himself into it and learns as much about it as possible.
He soon fell in love with competitive rock climbing and has been competing around the country for the past 10 years. As a licensed nutritionist, he’s able to find the healthiest diets to fuel his extreme adventures. He is also a licensed personal trainer and he uses his experiences to guide people towards a healthy and fit life.
As if that wasn’t enough, she also finished her Ph.D in Food Science (with a focus on studying the most effective diets for athletes. I wonder why!) at the tender age of 25. She hates being called “Dr. Guzman”, and she loves dogs more than anything else in the world.
He discovered he had a knack for sports at an early age and he credits his love for sports and physical activity from saving him from the streets. He uses his social media clout to preach about health and wellness and works hard to be a positive role model for underprivileged kids.
